Trainer1 First Almost Flight Print

The first flight of Trainer1 was attempted on July 1, 2009. It was unfortunately a failure due to the tailplane seperating from the fusualage. This presented no small dificulty to the attempt at flight. Thankfully this happened on the ground and not in the air.

The Trainer1 remote controlled airplane is now ready for its first fligth. You can read up on its progress from the article linked through the image.

SDLAN V6.0 Print

This is just a quick update with regards to the work being done on SDLAN V6.0. As you can see in the updated layout, significant changes are going to be made with regards to the general layout of the site. The goal is to minimize wasted screen space.

Drop down menus are still going to be used on the new site however instead of taking up usable space vertically they will be positioned in a more contemporary manner accross the upper portion of the page.
